5 Clear photos of the product and packaging upon delivery must be provided.

 

✅ Accepted Return & Exchange Cases

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged.

• The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

• The wrong product was delivered or the item is not as ordered.

 

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened or used.

• Cosmetics, makeup, hair care, or body care products once opened or tested, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Products not in their original condition or without original packaging.

• Failure to provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

• Requests submitted after the 48-hour return period.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team:


• An exchange will be processed, orA refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

• Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

 

🚚 Shipping Fees


• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), all shipping costs will be covered by us.

• Returns requested for reasons other than the above will not be accepted.
